At Art For All, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. We prioritize accessibility and inclusivity, so we've designed a flexible cancellation policy to reflect our pay-what-you-can philosophy. **Early Notification is Appreciated:** * We truly appreciate **early notice** whenever possible. If you can let us know at least 48 hours before the event that you won't be able to attend, we can adjust our material preparations accordingly. **Cancellations & Refunds:** * We encourage you to participate at any level you feel comfortable with**, even if you need to cancel late or miss the event entirely. * There are no penalties for late cancellations or no-shows.** Your contribution, regardless of amount, helps us keep Art For All accessible to everyone. **Supporting Our Mission:** * If you find yourself needing to cancel and feel able to contribute even a small amount towards supplies, any donation is warmly welcome. This helps us ensure the sustainability of our program and allows us to continue offering creative opportunities to all. **Special Circumstances:** * We understand that unexpected situations may arise.
